Starter Pokemon: Purrloin or Fennekin! Legendary Pokemon: Cresselia or Reshiram would work pretty well, I think. Plans: Finding out what is going on with those weird occurrences and saving the world while at it sounds like a job for Phantom Thieves! Plus, contests are kind of like modeling I guess?
Also, as a note, I'm still in the middle of my Royal playthrough while remaining completely unspoiled and clueless about what happens in the third semester, so whether I'd app her from there or vanilla version depends on how fast I can rush through all those Palaces, hahaha...
