Blurb: so!! for those who are familiar with rei, i will actually be playing her from when she was niko aka the time she was not actually rei and dead. as a result, she's going to be pretty different but with the potential of becoming just like rei. she just needs... a lot of support :') parts of rei will still be there but, you know, dying kind of sours things
anyway, keywords: chronic illness, sad, shy, quiet, also desperately needs friends :(
Plans: my plan for niko is that i want her to develop into how she, as rei, is in canon! i want her to actually deal with her entire backstory rather than just the fact that she died. she's gotta deal with the fact that she was abandoned, felt alone, was bitter, and all that, so that's what i'll be doing as an overall character plot for her.
i also want for her to learn not to define herself by her illness and that she is still capable of doing a bunch of things even if she's sick! and to make friends and be happy and eat whatever she wants and please... just help her think that she's actually worth something :'(

Yeah, there's some parallels in feelings and experiences, and Niko will also remind him of a friend; another small girl with a sad past who also likes rabbits.
