Name: Theobald Leonhart. He will never go by this. Canon: LiEat
Blurb: Theo is a con artist who takes on a new name and face in each town he visits! He usually prefers to appear mostly harmless and pleasant so he can get the most out of people and potentially scam them but he's fairly antisocial at his core and finds it tiring after a while. Lies come to him like breathing, he's truly a master of his craft. He also has a dragon daughter named Efi whose power (should she regain it) allows her to manifest lies as little monsters to be fought and eaten.
Starter Pokemon: Zorua Legendary Pokemon: Kyurem

Plans: Mmmmmmostly going to be hanging out with Efi and getting his legs under him. He'll immediately be looking to swap his clothes for something that fits in, and altering his appearance/taking on a new name so he can blend in. Also potentially coming up with a moneymaking scheme and otherwise doing some info collection, we'll see.
Seeking: I'M OPEN TO ANYTHING REALLY he'll be acting very polite and kind of weak, really. If anyone wants to get scammed by him /fingerguns Offering: SUP LIARS. Theo can typically tell when someone's lying to him immediately, even if he literally just met and began talking with them. If you have a cagey character trying to hide their ~*true nature*~ or ~*sad backstory*~ and you'd like that to actually get brought out and dealt with, Theo's your man, so let me know if you're okay with him realizing when they're lying (and probably give me a poke in brackets when they do aha)! Note that he isn't likely to do any immediate callouts or anything, it would be a slower process, but he can absolutely call people out eventually if that's something you'd like to play out! He is here to drag you cagey people out of your bad habits and give you advice so you don't turn out like him. Avoiding: Nothing in particular!

nagisa will probably hang out with efi every now and then too, so i guess they'll run into each other sooner or later. and if he regains his powers before beato, she's gonna be angy and jealous which is always fun
He doesn't even have any powers outside of being able to help beat up lies if Efi causes them to form... have mercy please. His lie detection is 100% He's Just That Good At All Things Involving Lies.
He'll be around Efi most of the time so Nagisa may just end up figuring him out as a result even though he's always changing his appearance haha. He'll appreciate Nagisa for hopefully(????) keeping Efi entertained at least.
please adopt sagi at some point after scamming him out of his money multiple times,, he might end up lying more if i get to do the character arc ive been thinking of :|a so there's that but MOSTLY HE'S GOING TO GET SCAMMED
